Ṛta Science provides AI implementation and consulting services including but not limited to:

• Custom Large Language Model (LLM) training and fine-tuning
• Predictive analytics and forecasting solutions
• Process automation and workflow optimization
• Agentic RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems
• AI strategy consulting and implementation
• Data analysis and business intelligence solutions

As a client of Ṛta Science, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information necessary for service delivery
• Ensure you have proper rights and permissions for any data provided
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Maintain confidentiality of any proprietary methodologies shared
• Pay all fees according to the agreed payment terms
• Provide timely feedback and approvals as required for project completion

Client Data: You retain all rights to your data and business information. We will not use your proprietary data for any purpose other than delivering the agreed services.

Custom Solutions: AI models and solutions developed specifically for your organization become your property upon full payment, unless otherwise specified in the project agreement.

Methodologies: Our proprietary methodologies, frameworks, and general AI implementation approaches remain the intellectual property of Ṛta Science.

We implement enterprise-grade security measures to protect your data:

• End-to-end encryption for all data transmission and storage
• Role-based access controls and multi-factor authentication
• Regular security audits and compliance monitoring
• Secure data processing environments with no unauthorized access
• Data retention policies aligned with your business requirements

• 24-hour response time for all client communications
• Regular project updates and milestone reporting
• Post-deployment support and monitoring for 90 days
• Performance guarantees as specified in individual project agreements
• Continuous optimization and improvement recommendations

While we strive for excellence in all our AI implementations, you acknowledge that:

• AI systems may have inherent limitations and uncertainties
• Results may vary based on data quality and business context
• Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for services
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
• Client is responsible for validating AI outputs before business implementation

Payment terms are established in individual project agreements and typically include:

• Initial deposit required before project commencement
• Milestone-based payments aligned with project deliverables
• Net 30 payment terms unless otherwise specified
• Late payment fees may apply for overdue invoices
• All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced

Either party may terminate services under the following conditions:

• 30-day written notice for ongoing consulting arrangements
• Immediate termination for breach of contract or non-payment
• Completion of all milestone deliverables before termination
• Return or secure deletion of client data upon termination
• Payment of all outstanding fees for completed work
