MARLTON, N.J., October 12, 2026. — RTA Science today introduced Spotlock, a booking and enrollment platform for independent providers of classes, camps, workshops, retreats, trips, and community experiences. Spotlock is now in early access, with provider account creation available to approved participants.
An art studio may offer the same class at several times. A camp may sell a week of activities as one program. A yoga teacher may need to reserve places for a group. Spotlock brings these booking needs into one provider workspace, connecting the published schedule with enrollment, capacity, participant records, and payment workflows.
A booking experience that fits the offering
Providers can publish experiences with descriptions, locations, dates, prices, and capacity limits. Single-session offerings can present a choice of dates, while multi-date programs let participants review all included sessions and enroll in the complete program at one price.
Group bookings support a maximum group size and optional group discounts. Capacity controls keep available places connected to reservations, while waitlists let providers collect interest when an experience is full. Joining a waitlist does not reserve a place.
The platform supports several common provider workflows:
- Classes and workshops: Publish separate time slots with their own available places, so a full morning session does not close afternoon enrollment.
- Camps and courses: Present a complete multi-date program with one enrollment and a shared capacity limit.
- Retreats and trips: Explain the offering, show dates and location, and collect individual or group reservations.
- Free community events: Accept enrollment without requiring a payment connection.
Add booking to an existing website
Spotlock gives providers a hosted booking page and tools for adding booking to the website they already use. Providers can share a link, add a booking button, or embed a catalog as cards, a list, or a calendar.
Branded booking pages bring together a provider’s identity, selected programs, introductory content, and frequently asked questions. Draft and publish controls allow providers to prepare changes before making them public. Links and QR codes help connect online bookings with social posts, printed materials, and the front desk.
Keep the work behind each booking organized
The provider workspace brings upcoming experiences, enrollment records, capacity, and waitlists together. Search, status filters, and CSV exports help providers review participation and prepare for a session. Participants receive a private booking-management link and can download a calendar event, with cancellation options governed by the applicable booking policy.
Spotlock includes Stripe-connected checkout workflows for paid enrollment and platform-fee collection. During early access, the hosted payment integration operates in sandbox mode for testing; live payment availability will depend on production activation and provider onboarding. Demonstration experiences are illustrative and are not real customer bookings.
A transaction-based model
Spotlock’s published model has no monthly subscription or fee to publish. A platform fee applies to paid enrollments, with Stripe processing charges separate. Free experiences do not incur a Spotlock transaction fee. Providers can review the current pricing on spotlock.app before activation.
Explore early access
Providers can visit spotlock.app to explore the product and its demonstration experiences, or request early access. The early access program invites studios, instructors, camp organizers, and other experience providers to evaluate their own scheduling and enrollment workflows and help shape the platform.
